Photo Editing Can be Fun and Easy

Choosing a Good Photo Editing Program

When you are ready to take your photos to the next level, there is nothing like a good photo editing software program. Don't take the fun out of editing your photos by spending a ton on software. Read about my favorite photo editing adventures. You'll see a couple of examples like unwanted objects removed.

Photo of The Month Contest

I've given our photo contest some thought these couple of weeks. Theme based contests feel like too much work. Not everyone likes still life photography.

After all, photo contests are supposed to be fun, right? So we're simply going to pick a photo to feature each month.

No rules! Well okay, one caution. Keep in mind we are a G rated site family site.

So just send in your favorite shot. If it moves your heart, I'm sure it will touch ours too.

You can enter up to 4 photos. Use this link to upload your contributions on our contest entries. Enter your name and where you are from (optional). Be sure and leave your email address and opt to be notified when your image is posted.

All entries will be posted on our contest page. This is where you can vote on your favorite.

What Do I Win?

Prizes are:
  • Featured on Nature and Flower Pictures for one month
  • Copy of my ebook Selling Art Online (latest edition)
  • Pack of Royalty Free Photos, 15 high resolution images in large format

Don't give up on those Still Life Photos just yet. If that's what you love and are working on, by all means send them in. First photo will be featured July 1st, for month of July.

Photos need to be entered by the 15th to be considered for the following month.

Good Luck,

Sally
