Hibiscus flowers Album is full of exotic and beautiful images.  The stems of these plants are often woody and tall. People like to showcase them on patios, in pots all by themselves.

Many of the images in this album were taken at Riverwalk in Naperville, IL. One summer they filled their gardens with beautiful pink flowers. They certainly put on a show like none I have ever seen in a flower garden.

Are you ready to experience this interesting flower? One day we were walking in the park in Naperville known for it's famous Clarion bell tower. All of a sudden there I felt I had walked into a magical garden.

Along the river sidewalk there are square planters next to stairs that lead to a lower level sidewalk. In those planters every year you will see a different type of flower garden. This was the year for giant hibiscus. They were amazing in beauty.

Don't take my word for it, though. See for yourself as you enjoy these beautiful mysteries of nature.

This giant flower appears to have found an odd home amongst a bed of petunias. I can't tell if it's trying to overshadow the crowd or protect them.

But then one could say it's simply hanging out doing what flowers do. Bring a little beauty and inspiration for park walkers. It certainly caught my attention.

This beautiful Hibiscus flower was growing in a pot in downtown Naperville.  All of the flowers on this page were taken the same year.

It must have been a summer for Hibiscus in various shapes and sizes.

Just a note about the first picture in this last row.  It is digitally enhanced using a cartoon effect then topped with an oil effect.  Just for the fun of it.
