Common Yellow Throat Warbler

The common yellow throat warbler is my "spark bird". I fell in love with this bird the first time I saw him.

He was wearing a little mask that made him appear like a comical little bandit. The female is duller and doesn't have the mask but is still a beautiful bird.

It's a challenge to get a good photo of this bird as they move around so fast and prefer the dense under brush.

This bird sparked my interest and I soon found out how many other gorgeous Warblers there were to discover.

Bird Enthusiasts Are Awesome Too
by: Sally

Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful bird pictures. I love watching birds too and I know many of my readers do as well.

It is contributions like yours that bring CBSally to life. I wish that I could capture bird photos as awesome as yours.

You mentioned to me that you were loading from your phone. I am blown away by our amazing modern technology. These pictures are amazing proof that you don't have to have what you mentioned a "Professional Camera" to enjoy wonderful pictures.

My camera is a point and shoot as well. And though I am learning the creative end of it. I often revert back to automatic to get quick pics.

I am saying all of this because I want everyone to know you don't have to be a professional, although professionals are welcome, to share on this site.

My goal is to share with others what I love doing in life.

Thank you again, Linda, for sharing.
