My butterfly Story at Saints Stanislaus

So, one day after the bell rang for dismissal my best friend and I were walking towards the tree on our tarmac.

I saw this butterfly flying around and I tried to catch it. Every time I tried, I would just come so close and miss it.

I know it could have easily flown over the fence to escape from me but it didnt. It was like it was playing a game of tag with me.

I know the people around thought I was crazy the way I was just laughing and running behind a little butterfly, but I didnt care.

I eventually caught it and held it by its' wings very carefully. My friend snapped about 4 pictures of me holding it.

I then rest it in my hands without holding it and it stayed there. I was so surprised it didnt fly away.

It just stayed there for a while. I was so lucky that I had my phone on me to let my freind take some pictures.

We took about five pictures of the butterfly -my little friend I had just made.

I was so surprised that it didn't fly away. Then after a time I sort of raised my hands a bit briskly allowing it to fly off.

I thought this was really amazing and I'm so glad that other people get to experience this too.

So if you had a wonderful experience like this please share your story too.

This butterfly (Pap) comes every year now for four years lands on my husband and I, also other family members. Stays for hours at a time flying between us. It's so special. ❤️
Today's experience.

Thank you so much Ove. I too encourage others to share their own butterfly stories.

They are amazing pictures and often I feel as if they are talking to me. Or perhaps just swooping in to say hello.
